Medium brown
Seeds bloom less, taste more sour, dry coffee beans are not shiny. Drinking this type of coffee will not see the full flavor of coffee.
Dark brown
The beans are dark brown in color, bloom beautifully, there is a little oil left on the outside of the coffee beans. The taste is light, not bitter, the color of the coffee water when brewed is dark brown. This type is used to make a very smooth iced black coffee.
Brown-black
Seeds bloom, shiny black because of coffee oil. Bitter taste, very little sour taste, dark brown coffee, suitable for the French style of coffee that I like in Vietnam.
Mora’ coffee advocates roasting coffee in Dark Brown color. This flavor helps office workers can drink more than 1 cup a day, when drinking is mild, pleasant, not bitter like Black Brown.
